Miami, FL – 02/21/2018 – The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) and Design Arts Discipline Partner °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥Â presented a master class, reception and critique for 2018 Winners in Design Arts participating in YoungArts Miami, one of the organization’s regional programs offering interdisciplinary workshops, seminars and master classes with renowned leaders in their fields. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ curated a curriculum for the day that included mentorship and a design charrette for a temporary community gathering space.

K Waterloo Art – It was a conscious decision on Laurinda Spear’s part to begin her lecture at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago with a brief discussion of Durga, the invincible Hindu goddess with many arms. This symbol of feminine power depicts fearlessness, patience, and compassion.
